Ingredients
  

Base ingredients
  • 6 teaspoons Japanese matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Half and Half
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Sweetened condensed milk
Add-ins
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or freeze-dried
Optional toppings
  • Chopped fresh mint Chopped fresh mint optional
  • Chocolate chips Chocolate chips optional
  • Chopped nuts Chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Blend half and half, condensed milk, cottage cheese, matcha, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pour into a container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Use the Ninja Creami on the Ice Cream setting, respin if crumbly.
  4. Fold in strawberries or add as topping.
  5. Scoop and serve, garnished with mint or toppings if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, respin the ice cream if needed.
