Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5” loaf pan and line with parchment.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat until browned (~5 min). Cool slightly, then pour into a bowl.
- Whisk together dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and fold until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan, top with more chips if desired, and score lengthwise.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before slicing and serving with sea salt.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before serving.
