Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and mash bananas separately.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in bananas and buttermilk.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, fold in some chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
