  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thinly slice zucchini into uniform rounds.
  3. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 2-3 hours, until crispy and slightly browned.
  6. Let chips cool completely on baking sheets before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chips, flip them halfway through baking.
