  • 2 pieces bananas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup berries
Liquids
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop fruits and greens, then add to blender.
  2. Add water and plant-based milk to the blender.
  3. Layer greens, fruits, and supplements in the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
