Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare cornbread according to package and bake until golden.
- Melt butter, sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Crumble cornbread into a bowl, add sautéed vegetables, broth, herbs, pepper, and optional ingredients. Mix well.
- Transfer to a greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy on top.
Notes
Feel free to add more herbs or cranberries for extra flavor.
