  • 60 g unsalted butter roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar / powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced) or 190°C (standard). Grease a 1-cup ramekin.
  2. Microwave chocolate chips and butter for 1 minute. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour into ramekin and bake for 15 minutes. Invert onto a plate, dust with icing sugar, and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
