  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 1.25 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 1.25 cups almond milk
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 0.25 cup flax seed meal
  • 2 bananas bananas ripe
  • 0.5 cup almond yogurt
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior Protein Powder

Method
 

  1. Mix coconut oil, eggs, and honey; add flours and seeds. Adjust moisture with almond milk.
  2. Spoon onto parchment and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Prepare pancakes by mixing eggs, banana, and cinnamon; cook on griddle.
  4. Make waffles with eggs, cheese, and almond flour in a waffle maker.
  5. Sauté chopped potatoes with oil, add sausages and chopped fruit; cook until done.
  6. Prepare microwave mug eggs with butter and cheese; cook in intervals until set.
