Method
- Layer 12 ice cream sandwiches in a greased 9×13 inch pan and freeze.
- Microwave hot fudge 15-20 seconds, stir, then spread over sandwiches and freeze.
- Whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff, spread half over fudge, and freeze.
- Chop Snickers bars, layer over whipped cream, then add remaining sandwiches and whipped cream. Top with chopped Snickers, drizzle caramel, and sprinkle peanuts.
- Freeze for 3-6 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, freeze overnight before serving.
