  • 24 pieces vanilla ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 jar hot fudge topping 12.8 ounces
  • 16 ounces heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 18 fun sized Snickers bars 9 regular bars
  • ½ cup thick caramel topping
  • ½ cup honey roasted peanuts chopped

Method
 

  1. Layer 12 ice cream sandwiches in a greased 9×13 inch pan and freeze.
  2. Microwave hot fudge 15-20 seconds, stir, then spread over sandwiches and freeze.
  3. Whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff, spread half over fudge, and freeze.
  4. Chop Snickers bars, layer over whipped cream, then add remaining sandwiches and whipped cream. Top with chopped Snickers, drizzle caramel, and sprinkle peanuts.
  5. Freeze for 3-6 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, freeze overnight before serving.
