  • 1 lb chicken pre-cooked
Grains
  • 1 cup basmati or jasmine rice uncooked

Method
 

  1. Precook the chicken.
  2. Cook the rice.
  3. Put the butter chicken on one side of the container.
  4. Place the cooked rice on the other side.
  5. Add frozen peas in the middle.
  6. Freeze the container.
