Method
- Cook ground turkey until lightly browned.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
- Mix in tomato paste, vegetables, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings; simmer until thickened.
- Spread turkey mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- Add butter on top and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes until browned.
Notes
You can prepare mashed potatoes ahead of time for quicker assembly.
