  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix apple cider, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. Sear chicken and onions in a skillet until golden, then add marinade and broth.
  4. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Rest briefly, then serve with sides.
