Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 0.5 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method
 

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a zip bag and prep 5 at a time.
  2. When ready, dump the bag contents into a blender with yogurt and almond milk, then blend until smooth.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of coconut water or a drizzle of honey.
