  • 4 pieces ripe bananas about 480g
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter 240g
  • 1 cup whole milk 240ml or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 30ml

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas and freeze for at least four hours.
  2. Blend frozen bananas, peanut butter, milk, and honey until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  4. Pour into a container and freeze for at least four hours.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend longer and ensure bananas are fully frozen.
