Ingredients
  

Dairy
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk I use 2% milk
Fruits
  • 1 piece peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1 piece banana, overripe and frozen
Flavorings
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for a creamier texture and serve immediately for best flavor.
