Method
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish and spread vanilla ice cream over it. Freeze for 4 hours.
- Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Pour ganache over the frozen ice cream layer, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.

For best results, freeze the cake overnight before serving.
