Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
Ganache
  • 1 cup heavy cream for ganache
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate
Topping and Garnish
  • to taste Whipped cream for topping
  • for garnish Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form a crust.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish and spread vanilla ice cream over it. Freeze for 4 hours.
  3. Heat heavy cream, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth to make ganache.
  4. Pour ganache over the frozen ice cream layer, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
  5. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, freeze the cake overnight before serving.
