  • 1 handful berries

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Toss greens, banana, and berries into your blender.
  2. Add protein or Greek yogurt, then pour in your liquid of choice.
  3. Blend until smooth, then add ice for a thicker texture if desired.
