No-Bake Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe

A delicious no-bake dessert combining ice cream, Oreos, and rich toppings for a cool treat.

Ingredients
  

Dairy and Frozen
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream (softened slightly)
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed, reserve 1 cup for topping)
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping
  • 0.5 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch optional salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch dish with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Spread half the ice cream, layer with crushed Oreos, drizzle with fudge and caramel, then spread whipped topping.
  3. Repeat with remaining ice cream, Oreos, fudge, and caramel, then top with whipped topping and reserved Oreos.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm, then slice and serve.

Notes

For best results, freeze overnight before serving.
