No Bake Brownies

These no-bake brownies are a quick and easy dessert that requires no oven time! Made with tahini, maple syrup, and almond flour, they're a delicious and healthy treat.

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate tahini I like Soom Foods. Can also use almond butter, cashew butter or peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey, agave, date syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips melted

Method
 

  1. Mix tahini and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Add almond flour and cacao powder; mix well.
  3. Mold into brownie shapes or roll into balls. Freeze briefly.
  4. Dip in melted chocolate; place on parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional). Freeze until firm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
