Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake flour on a baking sheet for 5 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until combined.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add flour and cocoa powder, mixing until it forms a soft ball.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill brownie balls in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Melt German chocolate using a double broiler or microwave.
- Dip each brownie bite in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and transfer back to the baking sheet.
- Allow brownie bites to set before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of German sweet chocolate.
