Ingredients
  

Brownie Bites
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Coating
  • 8 ounces German sweet chocolate chopped in pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake flour on a baking sheet for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until combined.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Add flour and cocoa powder, mixing until it forms a soft ball.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill brownie balls in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  8. Melt German chocolate using a double broiler or microwave.
  9. Dip each brownie bite in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and transfer back to the baking sheet.
  10. Allow brownie bites to set before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of German sweet chocolate.
