Method
- Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt, then freeze in a container for at least 4 hours.
- Repeat the process with bananas, blueberries, cherries, mango, raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple, peaches, blackberries, matcha, kiwis, pears, and pomegranate, blending each with vanilla and other flavorings, then freezing.
- Serve the frozen yogurt with toppings of your choice.
Notes
Use ripe fruits for best flavor and sweetness. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired.
