NINJA CREAMI BASE RECIPE

Fruit Purees
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 4 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 2 ripe pears peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)

Method
 

  1. Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Mix the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt, then freeze in a container for at least 4 hours.
  3. Repeat the process with bananas, blueberries, cherries, mango, raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple, peaches, blackberries, matcha, kiwis, pears, and pomegranate, blending each with vanilla and other flavorings, then freezing.
  4. Serve the frozen yogurt with toppings of your choice.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for best flavor and sweetness. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup as desired.
