Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 2 medium frozen bananas (peeled and diced) Use fresh if preferred
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1.5 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients. If using fresh bananas, add ice for thickness.
  2. Add ingredients to blender in order: milk, yogurt, honey, bananas, berries.
  3. Blend on low 30 seconds, then high 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use Greek yogurt or add a splash of juice.
