Ingredients
  

Fruits and Seasonings
  • 1 large mango peeled and cut into spears
  • 2 large oranges peeled and cut into cubes
  • 0.5 small pineapple peeled, cored and cut into cubes
  • 1 large jícama peeled and cut into cubes
  • 4 cups watermelon peeled and cubed
  • 2 medium cucumbers peeled and cut into spears
  • as needed Tajín or chili powder
  • as needed Chamoy, Valentina or any hot Mexican salsa read notes
  • 3 limes some for serving and some for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place fruit on cups alternating one piece of each type.
  2. Squeeze a little bit of lime juice over the fruit.
  3. Add a splash of salsa and finish with a sprinkle of Tajín on top (read notes).
  4. Place a wedge of lime on each cup and serve.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Tajín and salsa to your spice preference. For a milder flavor, omit the salsa or use a mild chili powder.
