Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 cups Frozen mango chunks From about 3 ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 3–4 tbsp Honey or agave syrup To taste
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk Or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
  • 1 tbsp Lime zest For extra tropical flavor
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes Adds texture
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Adds fiber and nutrients

Method
 

  1. Freeze mango chunks until firm.
  2. Soften slightly and blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Adjust texture if needed, then serve immediately or freeze to firm.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend longer and add a splash of coconut milk.
