Mango Sorbet

A refreshing and easy-to-make mango sorbet perfect for hot days. Just blend, freeze, and enjoy a tropical treat.

Ingredients
  

Main
  • 3–4 cups Mango chunks Fresh or frozen, peeled and chopped
  • 2–4 tbsp Sugar Or honey, to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Lime juice Fresh preferred
  • 1–2 tbsp Coconut milk For creaminess
  • 1 tsp Lime zest For extra brightness
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor
  • 1 tsp Tajin For spicy twist

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop mangoes into chunks. Add to blender with lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime. Blend again if needed.
  3. Pour mixture into a container, cover, and freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes initially.
  4. Let sit at room temperature 5–10 minutes before scooping. Serve garnished with lime zest or mango.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best flavor. Stir well during freezing to prevent large ice crystals.
