  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, enhances mango flavor)

Method
 

  1. Purée mango and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add cream, milk, vanilla, and lime juice; blend until combined.
  3. Chill mixture for at least 4 hours.
  4. Churn in ice cream maker for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 2–4 hours.
  6. Scoop and serve with mango slices or coconut flakes.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat cream and milk.
