Method
- Purée mango and sugar until smooth.
- Add cream, milk, vanilla, and lime juice; blend until combined.
- Chill mixture for at least 4 hours.
- Churn in ice cream maker for 20–25 minutes.
- Freeze until firm, about 2–4 hours.
- Scoop and serve with mango slices or coconut flakes.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat cream and milk.
