Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 piece ripe frozen banana
Vegetables
  • 0.75 cup fresh spinach loosely packed
  • 0.75 cup curly kale stems removed
Additional Veggies
  • 0.5 cup chopped carrots
Flavorings & Liquids
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 8 oz water
  • 4 ice cubes ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a splash of almond milk.
