Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients; add to wet mixture with milk, mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into greased dish and bake 25-30 mins.
- Cool before serving.
