Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine and pour into prepared pans. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow cakes to cool completely. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread jam on one cake layer, add whipped cream, and top with the second layer. Decorate with strawberries and chocolate.
