- Whisk eggs in a bowl, add mashed banana and vanilla, and mix well.
- Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly into pans and bake for 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool for 10-20 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely before stacking and decorating.
