  • 0.25 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder and nut butter to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
