Method
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
- Mash bananas, then mix in coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs.
- Combine oat flour, cardamom, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, mix until just combined, then fold in chocolate and nuts.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan, bake for 45-50 minutes, cool before slicing.
