Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another, whisk wet ingredients and stir in agave. Combine with dry, fold in apple, then chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
- Drop 15 scoops of dough onto sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 11-14 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Chilling the dough helps prevent spreading during baking.
