Ingredients
  

Bread and Wraps
  • 8 pieces English muffins or sandwich bread sliced
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese optional
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon or sausage patties optional
Eggs
  • 8 large Eggs beaten
Additional fillings
  • to taste Vegetables, condiments, etc. optional

Method
 

  1. Cook eggs scrambled or fried; let cool slightly.
  2. Assemble sandwiches with eggs, cheese, bacon/sausage, and any additional fillings between bread slices or wraps.
  3. Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap or foil.
  4. Freeze the assembled sandwiches for up to 3 months.
  5. To serve, reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.

Notes

Use whole grain bread for added fiber and nutrients.
