Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté vegetables for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes.
- Mix in rice and chicken broth; heat for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted, cool, then portion and freeze.
