Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine marinara sauce, cannellini beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Stir in the frozen meatballs, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the meatballs are heated through.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
