Ingredients
  

Peaches
  • 6 cups peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced
Sweetener
  • 3/4 cup Splenda/ Stevia granulated sweetener
Tapioca pearls
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tapioca pearls
Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Almond flour
  • 1 cup Almond flour
Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter - melted
Sweetener (Brown)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Twin brown sweetener (or 0 calorie brown sugar substitute)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place sliced peaches into a large bowl and add sweetener, cinnamon, and tapioca pearls. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish or divide into 6 ramekins.
  4. Combine almond flour, melted butter, and brown sweetener to make topping, then sprinkle over peaches.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

This dessert is naturally sweetened and suitable for diabetics. Adjust sweetener to taste.
