Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sliced peaches into a large bowl and add sweetener, cinnamon, and tapioca pearls. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish or divide into 6 ramekins.
- Combine almond flour, melted butter, and brown sweetener to make topping, then sprinkle over peaches.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
