Method
- Pat wings dry and place in a bowl.
- Mix dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat wings with dry rub.
- Bake at 200C | 400F for 40-50 mins.
- Make sauce by heating hot sauce, honey, and butter.
- Simmer sauce for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Toss wings in sauce.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level.
