Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 10 Chicken Wings
Dry Rub
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
Sauce
  • 0.333 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Coat wings with dry rub.
  4. Bake at 200C | 400F for 40-50 mins.
  5. Make sauce by heating hot sauce, honey, and butter.
  6. Simmer sauce for 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Toss wings in sauce.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level.
