Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat, add rhubarb and honey over chicken. Add lemon juice and stir gently.
