Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cooked chicken, marinara, ricotta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine pasta with chicken mixture. Layer half in a greased baking dish, top with half mozzarella.
- Add remaining pasta and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and bake 25 mins.
- Remove foil, bake 10-15 mins until bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce.
