Method
 

  1. Gather your dandelion flowers/root/leaf. If using fresh flowers, ensure they are from an area free of pesticides and pollution. Wash thoroughly.
  2. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  3. Add the dandelion flowers/root/leaf to the boiling water.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes (for roots) or 5-10 minutes (for flowers/leaves).
  5. Strain the tea to remove the dandelion parts.
  6. Add honey or lemon to taste, if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
