Method
- Combine beef, pizza sauce, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir in cooked pasta until well coated.
- Pour half of the pasta mixture into a greased crockpot.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the beef pepperoni slices. Add any optional toppings.
- Pour the remaining pasta mixture over the cheese and beef pepperoni.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and beef pepperoni slices. Add any remaining optional toppings.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
