Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain.
- Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine green beans with sauce, transfer to casserole dish, top with cheese and fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or paprika on top before baking.
