- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti, then drain.
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; add tomatoes, sauce, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 mins.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Combine spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheese mixture. Layer in baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake covered 25 mins, then uncover and bake 10 mins until bubbly and golden.
