Ingredients
  

Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 6 eggs eggs
  • 3/4 cup honey
Dry ingredients
  • 5 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • big handful raisins
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
Additional
  • as needed almond milk to moisten batter

Method
 

  1. Mix coconut oil, eggs, and honey until well combined.
  2. Add almond flour and coconut flour; add almond milk if mixture is too dry.
  3. Stir in chia seeds, raisins, and flax seed meal; add more almond milk if needed.
  4. Spoon batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until edges are brown.

Notes

Ensure batter is moist but not runny for best texture.
