Method
- Combine strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Scoop yogurt mixture onto parchment paper to form 10 clusters.
- Freeze clusters for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.
- Dip frozen yogurt clusters in melted chocolate, then place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).
- Freeze for a few minutes to harden chocolate. Enjoy!
Notes
For easier dipping, use a toothpick or fork to hold the yogurt clusters.
