Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 small/medium bananas bananas frozen and ripened
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • pinch salt salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice bananas, then freeze until firm.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Stop and scrape down sides as needed to ensure even blending.
  4. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for a firmer texture.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend longer or freeze for an additional hour before serving.
