Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Melt butter, mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine flour, cocoa, salt; fold into butter mixture.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 25-30 minutes; cool.
- Whip cream and sugar until soft peaks; fold in melted chocolate.
- Spread mousse over brownies; refrigerate for 2+ hours.
- Melt chocolate with cream for ganache; pour over mousse. Let set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips in the mousse.
