Ingredients
  

Fruits and Greens
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 unit navel orange, peeled
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach, optional
  • 2 tablespoons whole chia seeds
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Start blending on low, then increase speed as ingredients blend.
  3. Blend until smooth, stopping to push down ingredients if needed.
  4. If too thick, add more water and blend again.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a banana or Greek yogurt.
