Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease pans and line with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Pour wet into dry, stir gently until combined. Fold in berries.
- Divide batter into pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for better sweetness and flavor.
